A Good-Luck New Year at The Ridge

New Mexico’s Table Magazine highlights a festive New Year’s dinner hosted by The Ridge and crafted by Santa Fe chef Marijke Uleman, featuring a globally inspired “good luck” menu with lentils, citrus, tamales, black-eyed peas, and oliebollen. The gathering celebrated new beginnings through food, tradition, and shared community.
